If you change your mind within 30 days, you can obtain a refund if you have your original receipt or proof of purchase, including your online order confirmation email. If you don’t have proof of purchase, we are happy to exchange your items. Items returned must be in their original sale condition.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange earrings for hygiene reasons

Returning In-Store

All purchases made in-store can only be returned or exchanged in the Dare to Dazzle store. You are also welcomed to return any items purchased online in our store. Make sure you have your receipt or proof of purchase with you, including your online order confirmation email if you purchased items online.

Returning Online

If you are unable to head to our store to return your items, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team by submitting a return request, daretodazzle@gmail.com. Our Customer Care Team will provide you with the next steps in ensuring you receive your refund.

All online returns will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your parcel and you will be notified via email once it is completed.
